・Visited in May 2023 A buffet shop in Aeon Mall Akita. They were holding a Spanish fair, so I stopped by. Spain Fair: February 16th (Thursday) to June 7th (Wednesday), 2023. I went there after May 8, 2023, when the coronavirus moved to Category 5, so masks and hand disinfection were not compulsory. There were quite a few people using it alone. (Both men and women) Since it was a Spanish fair, we mainly had limited menu items.・Paella There were plenty of ingredients such as shellfish, cherry tomatoes, oranges, and olives. The flavor of the seafood and soup was well absorbed into the rice and it was delicious. The color of the rice was bright yellow, which whet my appetite.・Cocido A stew made with meat and vegetables. It is said to be a standard winter stew dish. It contained three types of beans, meatballs, and vegetables. It has a mild taste, and is a dish you'll want to eat when you're sick and have a cold.・Grilled Chicken Garcia Style The chicken is tender, flavorful and juicy. The secret ingredient is paprika.・Churros The chocolate churros were about 5cm long and not sweet. It was a bitter adult taste. And the usual potatoes, fried chicken, mapo tofu, and Ramen. There was a cheese sauce seasoning next to the potatoes. I had been eating it plain until now without realizing it. The staff was very attentive to the details, quickly replenishing the dishes that were running low. For accounting, double Rakuten points + WAON points. I ate a lot and my blood sugar level skyrocketed. I'm satisfied.

・Visited in January 2023 A buffet shop in Aeon Mall Akita. When I went on a Sunday evening, it was crowded with families. The Taiwan Fair was still being held. Taiwan Fair: October 27, 2022 (Thursday) to February 15, 2023 (Wednesday). Viking is easy because you don't have to think about a lot of things. Wear a mask when preparing food. Tongs and ladle placed next to the food are shared with bare hands. No vinyl gloves worn. Used glasses, tableware, and cutlery can be placed on a shelf by yourself. Blood sugar levels skyrocket after meals. I'm satisfied.

前回利用して好印象だったので、再訪です。

店舗に入ると店員さんに、どのコースにするか訊かれます。
・４５分コース（ブッフェのうちドリンク・デザートなし）４５分
・ライトコース（ブッフェ）時間無制限
・スタンダードコース（ブッフェ+寿司+小籠包）時間無制限
・スペシャルコース（ブッフェ+寿司+小籠包／蟹小籠包+点心各種+台湾カステラ）
・プレミアムコース（ブッフェ+寿司+小籠包／蟹小籠包+点心各種+台湾カステラ+ローストビーフ+北京ダッグ）時間無制限

どのコースにするか決めると、伝票に「〇時〇分まで」と記入された伝票ホルダーを渡されます。
時間無制限ですが、ランチが１０：３０~１５：５９まで・デイナーが１６：００~２１：００で区切られているので、その時間内で無制限という意味です。
開店から閉店まで滞在できるという意味ではありません。
伝票に印字されているテーブル番号の席を利用。

使用した、皿・箸・カトラリー・カップ・グラスなどは各自セルフで棚に下膳。
食べ残し用のゴミ箱もあります。

２０２２年１０月２７日（木）～２０２３年２月１５日（水）まで台湾フェアを開催。

・魯肉飯(ルーローハン)
・鶏肉飯（ジーローハン）
・肉味噌焼きそば
・酸辣湯（サンラータン）など

入店時に検温・消毒・マスク着用。
料理を取る時は、マスク着用。
しかし料理を取る時にビニール手袋をしなくてもよかった。
おたま・トングなども料理の横に置いてある物を皆が共通で使用。

冷凍の中華麺を２０秒熱湯で茹でるラーメンがお気に入り。
スープもトムヤムクンなどの種類があって面白い。

色々なブッフェ・バイキングのどんなフェアに参加しても、結局は食べる物が同じになります。
フライドポテト・唐揚げ・麻婆豆腐・ラーメン。
ワンパタ。

スタバの向いにあります。
映画を観る前に腹ごなし。

店舗前で店員さんに、どのコースにするか訊かれます。

冷凍の中華麺を自分で２０秒程度お湯で茹でるのが面白い！
麺を自分で茹でて横にあるスープ（４種）を好きにかけます。
スープの味が選択できるのが良かった。
坦々ベースと豚骨を半分ずつで坦々豚骨味にしたり。

４５分コースは、ドリンク・デザートなしですが、これで充分。
４５分内にデザートを食べてる時間がなかった。
写真撮影する暇もなし。

結局どんなブッフェ・バイキングに行っても食べる物が同じになります。
フライドポテト・唐揚げ・麻婆豆腐・ラーメン。

〆にラーメン３杯で満腹！
血糖値バクあがりで上映中に眠気が。

秋田県プレミアム飲食券+端数をWAONでお支払い。
今度は違うフェアの時に行ってみたい！
しかし結局食べる物は同じ・・・という。
