ANAクラウンプラザホテル秋田の楽しみにしたモーニングビュッフェへ行きました。
よくある洋のサラダやソーセージ、ベーコン、和の焼き魚や煮物なのどの他にも秋田ならではのお料理も並んでいました。
お米もアキタコマチとサキホコレの食べ比べができます。
しっとりしていて旨みがあるアキタコマチ、ふっくらしていて少し甘味が強いサキホコレ。
いぶりがっこと一緒にお米だけを食べる幸せを感じます。
汁物できりたんぽもありました。
蒸篭で保温されたきりたんぽを汁に入れて、別添えの芹をたっぷり乗せました。
芹の香りと鶏出汁のスープが優しく身体に染みていきました。
その他にも稲庭うどん、トンブリもありました。
そして目の前で作ってくれるオムレツは頼みました。
目の前で手際よく調理されるのをみて目も満足です。
熱々のオムレツの周りにサラダやソーセージ、ベーコンを盛り付けてこちらもぺろっといただきました。
ヨーグルトにはフルーツ、ナッツをトッピングして締めました。
朝から食べ過ぎたと思いましたがまだ食べ足りなかった秋田料理を食べられて満足です。
