本日は、ANAクラウンプラザホテル秋田の最上階にある、「空桜」に行ってきました。
結論から言いますと、ビューホテル（旧）の当時の「空桜」からサービスや料理、質が変わってしまい残念でした。さらに、コスパも大きく下がっていて、損した気分です。
■マイナス内容
①メニュー内容が、目玉商品が無く、どこにでもあるビジネスホテルの朝の朝食バイキングでした。
ステーキも無く、お寿司、もちろんフォアグラなんてものも、もちろん無く、ローストビーフも、わざわざ食べにくるほどでの美味しいさも無く、シナっとしてて、温かくも新鮮感も、焼き加減にこだわりも無し。
もう他の料理も書くほどのものは何もありません。
②お皿の下げ圧力
お皿に盛り付けて、席で食べるのですが、歳をとった女性ウェイトレスと若いウェイトレス２人の３人で、お皿を下げまくります。
相方が食べているところでも、グイグイお皿を下げに来て雰囲気もあったものでありませんし、景色を観てゆっくり食べることもできません。
回転率を上げたいのかもしれませんが、デートや告白に使うこともNGで、オススメできません。ビューホテルの時のゆったりが懐かしいです。
人の質が落ちすぎです。
③高すぎる値段
1人3,520円という値段ですが、個人的には1,980円＋夜景500円で十分です。
隣のお客さんも、前にあったメニュー内容と変わって残念なことを話されていました。
④ケンカしていた。
厨房の料理人と女性スタッフの仲が悪いのがとてもわかりました。
厨房の料理人は女性スタッフからの指示が曖昧で、どの料理を出したら良いのか分からず言い合いになっていました。
お客様いるのにね、、、。
っという感じで、もう行くことはないと思います。
「空桜」が無くなり、名前が変わったら行くこととして最後になったかなと思います。
