日曜・祝日以外の限定メニューなんですが、満腹とんかつ定食というのがありましたので注文しました。
米の娘豚の半分くらいの金額のため、あまり期待はしないでお試し感覚だったのですが、
予想以上の仕上がりで少し驚きました。
揚げの具合は硬さやパサついた感じがなく、厚みがあるのに柔らかさも兼ね備え、
衣の油切れの良さとサクサク感もあります。
これにお店の特製の甘口や辛口のソースと胡麻をお好みで。
豚肉の下処理と揚げる技術はさすがにプロの仕事だなと思います。
今はとんかつ定食と言えば、税込みで１,０００円以上するのが普通な時代になりましたが、
８６４円での提供というのはかなりの魅力だと思いました。

新しくオープンしていたので入ってみました。
席はカウンターがなく、１人で行ってもテーブル席か小上がりになります。
こちらのお店では、揚げたとんかつ定食よりも、焼いたとんてき定食が美味しいため、
楽しみにメニューを見たのですが見つけられず、フロアにいた店長から
とんてき定食はまだやっていないと告げられたので、注文はランチの唐揚げ定食を。
選べるご飯と味噌汁は、筍の炊き込みご飯と豚汁をお願いしました。
からあげは７個ほど。肉の弾力や水分が程良く、皮もパリッとしています。
甘酢のソースやマヨネーズを別添にして、味が変えられるのもいいところかと。
キャベツは多めに盛られていて、備え付けのドレッシングは青じそと胡麻の２種。
さらに、ランチ限定かはわかりませんが、店員さんがキャベツの千切りを持って客席を回り、
「おかわりいかがですか？」と。
お茶のポットの場合は見たことありますが、キャベツのボウルのパターンは初めてでした。
自ら声をかけるのが苦手な自分にはありがたいサービス。
胃の中がキャベツで満たされました。
今回の会計は税込みで８２０円。
今はオープン記念らしく、次回から使える３００円引きの券をくれました。
期限は来月の中旬までのため、１００円引きなら迷うのですが
３００円ならまた行こうかなと思います。
