どこのカツカレーが一番美味しいだろうか、と言うことで…
『とんかつ藤よし』さんにお邪魔しました。
"熟成ロースカツカレー" 1,299yen + 税
見よこの勇姿を！エアーズロックのような分厚いかつ！
ライスもティッシュペーパー並のペラペラということは無くこんもりと山盛り。
まるでカレーの海に浮かぶ荒磯。ライスにへばり付いたカレーはまるで打ち付ける波しぶき。
なるほど…カツカレーで水の流れを表現したいわば食べる枯山水といったところか…
とんかつは言うまでも無く揚げたてホクホク、柔らかくジューシーな熟成ロースで圧倒的旨さです。
カレー自体は軽くスパイシーで美味しいですが…あまり表現としてアレですが「普通に美味しい」としか感想がでてこなかったです(汗)
あと明らかにカレーの量が少ないのでしばらく考えたんですが…つまり一部をカツカレーで、一部をライスだけでとんかつ定食的に楽しむという一石二鳥なメニュー。
カツカレーとしての攻撃力より「うちらはとんかつ屋なんじゃい！」というプライドを感じる一品で大変美味しく頂きました＾＾
