秋田のデパートといえば西武。
この日は雪が降っていてなるべく外には出たくないので西武の地下のカフェでお茶をしばくことに。
『パティスリーパルテール』さんはクリームの甘さが控えめなお店。果物の香りや味を生かす為だそう。
今回私が頂いたのは、、、
「コーヒー」
「ブルーベリークラフティタルト」 です！
店内は薄明かりで落ち着いた雰囲気。
入り口には大きなショーケース。ショーケースの回りはぐるりと一周でき見応えもあります。
コーヒーのソーサーはレトロチックでかわいい。
ブルーベリークラフティタルトはこれでもかというぐらいふんだんにブルーベリーの実がのっておりフルーツを楽しめるムースの味が最高。
次回は潟上市飯田川に行けたら行ってみたいですね
