ギンホルという名前からはホルモンの店かなーと思って、以前伺ったときはそこまでホルモンではないと驚いてから、年月が経ち…
生ビールを頼みました。大ジョッキ、男気ジョッキもあります。頼み損ねました。

こちらでなんといってもイチオシなのは、
【ぶ厚切り牛タン】1480円
予想はしていても予想を覆すこの厚さ。石が出てきて、その上でじっくり焼きます。中の火がきちんと通るまで焼きましょう。火が通ってからハサミで4等分にして食べましたが…厚すぎる。噛みきれず、8等分にすればよかった。
この厚さは、もはや牛タンとは呼べません(笑)
熊本のこちらも押し押し。
【さばきたて上赤身馬刺し】980円、霜降りもあります。写真だとしょぼいかと思いましたが、十分な量。
【餃子】500円
こちらもイチオシのようです。にんにくたっぷりのドギツイ餃子ですが、味付けは薄め。醤油につけて食べました~
案外ホルモンが少ないこちらのお店。とりあえず牛タンを頼まなければ始まりません!!

It's been a long time since I last had a drink with the members. It's hard to find a restaurant that's open after 9:00 pm... This restaurant has a counter, but it's more like a group drinking place. I've been eating a lot of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lately...but Yakiniku (Grilled meat) again. The number of samgyeopsal has increased, and now I have an image of thick-sliced Cow tongue and samgyeopsal. However, the thick-sliced Cow tongue was out of stock. The price has increased from 1,500 yen to 2,000 yen. I still wanted to ask though. (By the way, you can order just one piece.) One serving each of regular Cow tongue and samgyeopsal. The iron plate that comes with it is unusual...it's a circular iron plate with oil pooling in the middle and spilling out to the outside. Cow tongue with salt, pepper, and wasabi salt. It may not be as good as the thickly sliced Cow tongue, but it is still delicious. Everyone likes beer and asks for extra cold, but I prefer regular beer. Even a single serving of Samgyeopsal comes with plenty of pork, as well as condiments such as sanchu, perilla, and kimchi. For the time being, the short-sleeved members half-grilled the pork while soaking in the oil, and the garlic and kimchi were also grilled. Once cooked, they cut it with scissors, placed the pork on a sandwich or perilla, and wrapped it in garlic, kimchi, green onion, and other condiments. Dip it in sesame oil and stuff your cheeks. With so many vegetables, you might think the pork would disappear somewhere, but the flavor of the perilla is new. A yakiniku party for men who additionally grilled vengeful cartilage and ate lean horse sashimi.
