「県庁食堂」に行ってきた。
場所は秋田県庁地下階。
秋田県庁の駐車場あり。
内装は新しくはないです。
しかしながら、さすがに席数豊富。テーブルがズラーっと並んでます。
カウンター席もあり。
TV完備。読み物に美味しんぼ等完備。
通常の食事の他に、弁当や、少ないけどカップラーメンも置いてました。
店員さんはちょっとしたホテルの給仕のような制服で、キッチリしてらっしゃいます。
壁貼りメニューを見る・・・
ラーメン、タンメン、麻婆ラーメン、カツ丼、カレーカツ丼、焼肉定食等々。
よくある社食的構成です。
日替わり定食狙いで行ったけど、さすがに13時30頃では売り切れになってましたorz
オーダーは「ラーメン」500円
超イケボのお兄さんが上膳してくれました。
スープ
・・・アッサリした肉ガラ醤油スープ。
こういう食堂ですから、既製品スープ丸出しみたいのを想像してたんだけど、少なくともそうではありませんね。
甘みが強くて、スッキリした後味も好印象。スープベースにはそこそこ手間かけてるんじゃないかな。
麺
・・・標準径ウエーブ。
一般的性質です。
チャーシュー
・・・5mm厚程度のバラ。
特に柔らかくはないけど硬くもなく、調味もクラシカルな、ザ・食堂のチャーシュー。
メンマ
・・・雑味少なく、歯触り軽快。
他海苔、ネギ、ナルト。
下膳は下膳コーナーまでセルフで。
某紙で見た日替わり定食が旨そうだったんで、今回は再訪への期待も込めて、とりあえずこんな評価に。
