寒い冬には、あんかけ系で
秋田市に雪も降り底冷えのする今日はガッツリ暖まる系が食べたくて、ドラゴン食堂さんへ。
常に味の探求をされているようで12月限定メニューも何種か。ニララーメンとか気になったけど、酸辣湯麺。
こちらのお店はサンラータン読みでした。
個人的にはもう少し花山椒追加したいかも。
1つおいて隣の席の方も酸辣湯麺を頼んでて、やっぱり女子に酸辣は人気ですねー！

塩ラーメンも
なかなかです。
濃いい味とかガッツリにひかれがちなお店ですが。
この日もニンニクだれ唐揚定食とか、期間限定のトマト酸辣湯麺とかに心ひかれたものの、おなかがそんなに空いてない…。
昔ながらの中華そば、味噌ラーメンと悩んだ結果の塩ラーメン、おいしかったです。

千軒以上の町中華探訪されたという下関マグロさん？が、TV番組でレアなメニューとして紹介されてたのが「味噌炒飯」。
番組では都内の店舗でしたが、昨日か一昨日位に見たばかりのタイミングで出会ってしまった、ドラゴン食堂さんの1月限定メニュー｢マーラー肉みそ炒飯」。
もう、食べるしかない！
