どうも、料理上手いレビュアーh_sigelです。
最近某動画サイトでプロのパスタ料理レシピを学んで「アーリオ・オーリオ・エ・ペペロンチーノ」のパスタに関してはそんじょそこらのチェーン店には負けない気がしております(笑)
という事でパスタチェーンの王手『鎌倉パスタ』さんのお手並み拝見( -`ω-)
イオンモール、平日夜はかなり空いてます。
先客はもう食べてる状態待ち客私一人でメイン着皿まで約10分。
"セミドライトマトの辛口ペペロンチーノ" 1,090yen+税
うーん、ルックスはナカナカやるじゃないか。
どれ一口、ぺろり（￣～；￣）…
…あ、負けたわ(笑)
オイリーさも辛さもニンニクの香りの加減もバランス良すぎじゃないですか。セミドライトマトがより深い旨みを出しているのか？
生麺のモチモチ食感もGOOD。
"フォカッチャ3個セット" 430yen+税
しんなりパン三切れ。パスタの美味しい残り汁をゴシゴシとこそいで頂きます＾＾；
ドリンクは左上の法則で柚子茶を選びましたが、これビックリするほどペペロンチーノに合いますね！新発見でした＾＾
という事で今回は私の惨敗でした(笑)
鎌倉パスタさん予想以上に美味しいです。
