名店の味が復活！

以前、王芳チャーハンのことが書かれた
新聞記事を読み、食べてみたいと思い訪問。
（通算2回目）
王芳は、かつて秋田市山王にあった
中華料理店です。私は食べ歩きを
始めた2000年前後に1度だけ
行った記憶があります。そのときは
麺類を食べたはず…
ブッチャーノのオーナーシェフが
王芳でバイトをしていたことがあり、
まかないでチャーハンを出したところ
好評でレギュラーメニューに
なったとのことです。
王芳チャーハン（並・税込600円）に
イタリア産ホエー豚ステーキ100g（300円）を
つけていただきました。
チャーハンは紅しょうがではなく、
きゅうりの漬物を添えていたことが
特徴的でした。
パラっと仕上がっていて美味しかったです！
ホエー豚ステーキは柔らかくて
こちらも美味でした(^^)
並でもけっこうボリュームがあり、
食べごたえがありました！

麺's CLUBで紹介されていて
気になっていた一品。
やはり特筆すべきは
大きくて分厚いチャーシュー！
これが2枚、ドン！と
丼を占拠しております。
レモンは5枚乗っており、
醤油スープに酸味のアクセント。
美味しかったです♪
