秋田市手形、秋田大学のキャンパスのそばにあるお店、老舗っぽい佇まいと張り紙のメニューが気になって入ってみました。
店内はオーソドックスなものからあまり聞いたことのなかったお菓子まで色々揃っていましたがまずはオーソドックスにアップルパイをいただきました。
甘味と酸味のバランスが絶妙、パイ生地もしっとり系で美味しかったです。
