高級焼鳥といいましょうか、秋田では珍しいジャンルですが、今やかなりの人気店です。「鳥好コース」(５千円)をお願いしました。ちなみに１人客の予約は受けないようです。
カウンターで店主の焼きを拝見しつつ頂きましたが、まさに"心血を注ぐ"という表現がピッタリです。焦げがついたり、熱で皮が反ってくると小まめにハサミで切り取り、丁寧に丁寧に仕上げていきます。串打ちも２個ずつ皮で縦しばりにするなど、考え抜かれたものです。これで美味しくないわけがありません(^-^)/
ただ、好きな串を注文する形態ではない為、量的にどうしても物足りません。サイドメニューもありますが、串物を求めて来た身にはどうも…贅沢な悩みですが、同じ感想を持つ方は少なくないと思います。
とはいえ、"焼鳥って凄い"と思い知らされる名店なのは間違いないです。是非カウンターで(^3^)/
