予約すれども、当方、お店の都合が合わない日が続きやっとこさの訪問です。
小上がりもチラッと覗いた時に感じた狭さはなく、わりと広めの小上がりでした。4人で訪問です。
5000円のコースでお願いしました。
串は8本だったと思います。その他にトマトの白ワイン煮、サラダ、最後のデザートの苺。
ササミ、正肉ともに焼き加減が絶妙でした。
塩加減、タレの味は薄めでお肉の味を楽しむようにしてるのかな…
酒のつまみには少し味が薄い気がします。
比内地鶏だけのコースないかな〜(*´-`)
