本日はこちらへ。
食べログ100名店にも選出されている秋田市の焼鳥屋さん。
日本最北の焼鳥100名店です。
19時からの席を予約。
コースは5500円と8000円。
地鶏の串に〆のご飯の付いた8000円のコースをお願いしました。
菅原文太を柔和にしたような大将、素敵な笑顔で迎えてくださいました。
とりあえずビール、あとは冷酒をガブ飲みです。
いただいたものは以下の通りです。
●比内地鶏 ささみ
スリムな串うちですがレアで芯までほんのり温かい素晴らしい火入れ。
ちゃんと炭火をまとっています。
●うずら
白身はプルンプルンで中はトロトロ。
半熟ランキング1位のうずら。
●岩手菜彩鶏 もも肉のねぎま
タレで。
中々甘みの強いタレですが山椒が良く合います。
●ミニトマト
愛知のアイコ。
最高です。
●比内地鶏 もも肉
しっかりと火入れしていますがそこは比内地鶏、ジューシーです。
●手羽先
にんにくとピーナッツのタレで。
皮目パリパリではなくしっとりジューシー。
●レバーパテ
炭火焼きのバケットに自家製レバーパテ。
木の実（こはぜ）のジャム。
●サラダ
サニーレタスと人参。
箸休め。
●にんにくの茎の皮巻き
●つくね
紫蘇を効かせたジューシーなつくね。
串はこれで以上。
ですが予約の際の手違いで比内地鶏の串がもう３本出てきます。

むね肉をもも肉の皮で巻いた串。

塩竈の藻塩で。

もも肉やつくねがたっぷり入った親子丼。

いや〜、美味しかったです。
鳥恵の焼鳥を踏襲した焼鳥の数々を堪能させていただきました。
何より大将の優しさ溢れる人間性が素晴らしい。
元スポーツインストラクターだけあって手取り足取り丁寧に説明してくれます。
