コースが数種類あるのですが、その中で比内地鶏で構成された1万円のコースを頂きました。焼鳥は比内地鶏だけで構成されていたと思います。地鶏ならではの味わい、歯応え十分です。焼き方もすごく繊細で、鶏の旨みを最大限に出しておられました。お気に入りはササミ、つくねかな。そして締めに親子丼が来るのが最高過ぎます。とにかく大満足なコースでした。
