醤油 750円
ワンオペのため提供までしばらく時間がかかる。3～4食まとめての調理に当たり麺上げから提供までも時間がかかり延び気味。もったいない。
角のあるストレート細麺、ツルツル食感いいが柔らかすぎる。油が大量に浮く鶏醤油スープ、唇周りがベトベトになる、スープは旨いので油少なめでもよい。低温調理柔らかチャーシュー、しっとり鶏チャーシュー、ほぐしメンマ、ねぎか乗る。なんか重い一杯。
待ち時間が長く観察するとカウンターは跳ね汁跡が大量に残り清潔とはいえない。
退店時もごちそうさまに対して無言。再訪はない。
