オープンしたばかりの時に一度お邪魔して以来久しぶりに伺いました。
使い勝手の良いお店、という当時の印象はそのままに更に良くなったように思います。
特に瞬間燻製のステーキ、佇まいは当時と同じですが、お肉の質が良くなったようで、しっとり柔らかく大変美味しくいただきました。
黄身にとろりと絡めて、お塩をぱらりと振ると益々美味しい♪
生のりとしらすのペペロンチーノもたっぷりのしらすの塩気と生のりの旨味が抜群ですね。
お酒のラインナップもどれをいただこうか選ぶ楽しみがあって嬉しいです。
ノンアルでも楽しめそう。
隣のテーブルのおじさまがずっと「うまい！うまい♪」と言いながら召し上がっていて微笑ましかったです。
美味しい時は素直に声が出ちゃいますよね(*´꒳`*)
