年末年始も休まず営業だそうですm(_ _)m


味噌のスープが変わったという事で頂きました。注文は並盛オンリーとの事。

啜ると甘系味噌スープ。他にないオンリーワンな中毒性のある味ですねぇ。リピートしたくなります(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

超縮れ麺が前より硬めの茹で加減で最高ですね！(仕様変更でなく単に忙しいからかも？)

今更ながら映画『ボヘミアン・ラプソディー』を見てきて感動でした。

今回はまるごと市場に魚を買いに来ました。
釣果は脂ノリピーな鰤カマ。
一度でいいので鰤みたいな大型の魚を捌いてみたいですねー。

新メヌーの塩を試しに

日曜日限定で塩が出てるとの事で伺ってみました。


"塩 中盛" 700yen
塩中華？塩支那そば？どっちでしたっけ？
やっぱこういうゴテゴテしないスンプルなラーメンが好きだなぁと改めて思いながらズビーとまたたく間に完食。
毎日食べても飽きないような優しいスープ＾＾
相変わらずの超縮れ麺も癖になる舌触りなんです。

今回厚めのチャーシューがアタリましたが、味付け加減がギリギリちょっと濃いめくらいで「チャーシューこんなに美味しかったっけ？」って思うくらい美味しかったです。
脂身が多すぎないのがいいんですよね(笑)

まるごと市場内に新しく出来た支那そば屋。
お昼時はサラリーマンの皆さんで混雑してますが回転が良くそんなに待ちませんでした＾＾

"大盛り" 750円
中盛が普通の大盛りサイズくらいなので大盛りは予想以上に多いです。
