旅の前の腹ごしらえ。休日ランチは混んでない場所を探すのに迷うが…まるごと市場にてラーメンを食う。
まるごと市場自体あまり来ることないんですが、いやぁ賑わってますね。
店内に入ると、店員さん、なかなかの元気。陰キャのワタシが気圧されそう(笑)
カウンターにて、支那そばという、ザ・中華そばをいただく。
メニューは支那そばのみ!!かと思ったら、醤油、塩、味噌と選べるようです。
【支那そば】並盛とチャーシュー
これは…極細。最近はあまり見ないような。極細なので麺の隙間もなく並盛といえど、結構な質量。
懐かしいといえど、しっかりとした味の醤油スープ。
昨日も飲み過ぎました…
二日酔いでも食べれるラーメンでしょ!!だって(笑)
