※お隣のラーメン店と迷いましたが、ご飯が食べたくてこちらへ(^^ゞ
市場側から入店すると音が全く無いので店員さんのウェルカム感は無し、と言っても路面側から入ってベルが鳴っても暇にならない限り挨拶はありませぬ(^_^;)
最初の挨拶は有りませんが、食券買って出すと責任者らしき作り手の女性は人当たり良いです、これは上手くやれば印象変わります。
出汁カツ丼と3種盛りをオーダー、ノーマルと南蛮と油淋鶏を、ご飯は無料大盛で。
待ちは思ったより短く10分掛からず着丼です、おぉボリューミーですぞ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾚｼｰ
■出汁カツ丼は肉を貰いましたが、揚げ物は唐揚げの方が無難と感じました。
さて唐揚は熱いのなんの！正に揚げたてでガブリはご法度です#`)3')▃▃▃▅▆▇▉
弾力のあるモモ肉はダップリのニンニクが効いていますが、甘さや醤油味は極端に強く無く実に美味しいです、ニンニクはもう少し弱くてもイケると思いますが、こちらの個性ですね(*￣ρ￣)
南蛮はマヨたれが甘く濃厚で若い方向けですな、単品定食ではご老体は飽きるかも？
油淋鶏は少し甘いお酢ですが、ニンニクを中和して実に好みでした、いやーご飯がススムクンです！
後は未食の塩たれですが、これはキツくしょっぱくさえ無ければ、どの組み合わせでもウマウマ飽きずに食べられるかと！
鶏肉は食肉の中で一番安く、長年安定した相場を保って来たが故に、近年の唐揚げブームも起きたのですが、群雄割拠の中でこちらはどう頑張って行かれるのでしょう？
個人的には50円位安く、もうちょっと入店客に気配り出来れば、先頭を走れると思います、と偉そうに終わります(T▽T)ノ＿彡☆ばんばん！
