お昼ご飯に定食が食べたくなり、秋田駅前まで出張しウロウロ彷徨い見つけたのが、秋田市民市場内に有る食堂「ぱっぷや」さん！ お隣のラーメン屋さんには何度かお邪魔しましたが、こちらは全く気が付きませんでした(^^;)
唐揚げが自慢の定食屋さんのようで、他のメニューも豊富。何を食べるか悩みそうですな(*^^*)
食券販売機方式で、一番上には自慢の唐揚げのメニューが。他にも定食を始め丼物や麺類など種類も豊富で、予想通り迷います。
そして選んだのが「回鍋肉定食」 最近食べた記憶が無いので、久々です。それにしてもほとんどのメニューが千円超え。物価高が身に染みます(;・∀・)
ＬＩＮＥに登録するとドリンク１杯無料との事で、すぐに登録。オーダーは、烏龍茶を。
ご飯も回鍋肉も結構なボリューム。
旨味と甘みが上手く調和した醤油味が、豚肉の旨さとコクに合わさって美味しさが口内に広がります。キャベツとピーマンのシャキシャキ感と豚肉のモチっとした食感の対比も回鍋肉の醍醐味の一つ。
ご飯は、回鍋肉の合間に食べるも良し、回鍋肉を乗せて一緒に食べるも良し。つまり、ご飯と回鍋肉はどうやって食べても美味しいって事(笑)
久々の回鍋肉をしっかり堪能し、お腹いっぱい大満足。家に帰って昼寝しようっと(*^^)v
