The edamame served at our restaurant is amazing! You can have as many as you like! Please enjoy eating lots of edamame, which is perfect as a snack with alcohol.
Food Carefully selected secret "sauce" and "salt"
Ogiya is very particular about the sauce and salt. For the base of the sauce, we use a luxurious "saishikomi soy sauce" that is made by brewing soy sauce twice. The salt is a rock salt layer in Germany that was created by tectonic movements a long time ago. The mineral-rich natural rock salt formed there is blended with Malaysian black pepper, which has a stimulating aroma that whets the appetite.
