秋田駅から徒歩5分のイタリアン。高レベルな正統派イタリアンが良心的価格で出てきます。
味付けは濃すぎず、誰もが美味しいと感じる万人ウケする味わいだと思います。
昼は税サ込3850円・7700円。夜は9350円・11550円。
昼7700円と夜9350円は同内容。
昼の3850円コースでも「前菜1/肉1/魚1/パスタ2/デザート」と十分な量が出るみたい。
昼に7名で来店。税込7700円コースを注文。
ROCOCO WHITEが税込1650円。
店内は広くてカジュアルだけど適度に高級感あり。
ペアリングは注ぐ量が多めで良心的価格。
調理姿は見えませんが一応オープンキッチン。秋田食材も使ってました。
「カツオ」はレアなカツオ＋トマトシート・ビーツ等をあわせた王道料理。味わいも王道ですが繊細寄り。臭みもなく高レベル。
「渡蟹と香茸のパスタ」はカニの旨味満点で強めの味わい。とても美味しい。
