ジンギスカン大好き。
北海道に行けばサッポロビール園でジンギスカン食べ放題しながら、ビール飲み放題ができますが、こちらでも食べ飲み放題ができます！

若干高い、特に少食にとっては。
EDMがかかる店内、
まず最初に生ラム、焼き野菜、ポテサラ
ラムの量が、半端ない！
正しい焼き方を見ながら焼きますが、牛脂を塗り、最初にジンギスカン、脂が流れ出したところで野菜を焼きまとわせる。
ジンギスカンは味のついてない、極厚のやつで、これは見た目からもうまいと思われる。油が豪快に跳ねるのでヤケドしそう。
後途中から焦げつきやすくなるので、遠慮なく鉄板を変えるべきだったか。
ビール、モルツはセルフでつぎまーす。
キムチ、ライス、豚肩ロース、ソーセージは追加できます。
最初の30分、ビールのおかわりをするが、既に腹いっぱい(笑)
一枚ずつ、チビチビ焼くスタイルへ…
一時間程度で、ラムをおかわりする。その後もビールを２杯ほど流し込むが、ニンニクや辛味で味変するものの、なかなか進まない。
やはり食べ放題はワタシには合わない。
さてさて、肝心なジンギスカンは、食べ放題にしては旨い生ラムでした。でしたが…ミディアムレアがおすすめとのことなので、ややレア目で焼いたら、翌日お腹が大変なことになりました。体調悪かったのかな？
若干高いし、是非食べ放題以外で楽しみたいところ。
