新年会だっちゃ
どなたかも書いてらっしゃいましたが地元のサッカーチーム、ブラウブリッツ秋田のスタジアムフードに出店されている生ラムジンギスカンのお店です。
火鍋、スープカレー、ジンギスカン、タピオカetc...秋田にもブームは来る事は来るんだけど去るのも早いんで、ラムだっちゃの人気は続きそうな気がします。お昼なら1人で行っても楽しめますね。
今回は新年会で伺ったので貼れそうな写真があまり撮れてなくて、初期に来たお肉と追加の小皿ちょっとしか残ってませんが、1枚1枚結構厚手で意外でした。ラムを薄く切るの難しいから凍った状態でスライサーにかけるみたいな事を羊料理専門の本に書いてましたが、こちらは何といっても生ラム。臭みや癖も僕は感じませんでしたし美味しかったです。
胃がちょっと荒れ気味だったので香辛料系は控えたんですが、ラムすじカレー食べてみたかった...
ドリンクはお酒類もセルフなので、アルコールの強弱の加減が出来て強くない私には助かります。マシン抽出のスープの美味しさにびっくりしました。

As a sponsor, Lamb Datcha's catering car, which has many player signatures on restaurant, is on display at Blaublitz Akita home games. The lamb is softer than mutton, and is sliced, making it easy to eat. The lamb sandwich in a pita sandwich is delicious, just like a real doner kebab (although the shape of the meat is different). It comes with a bonus of hash browns. I forgot to bring them and bought some potatoes at another store first, and only remembered after opening the lid... I was covered in potatoes. They also have sausage dogs, rice bowls, and grilled items without bread.
