昨日は徹夜で山形市往復。
11:00に友人のラインに気づくまで気絶していたくらいの状態で寝てました。
徹夜で山形往復は止めましょう！
どうも！いくつになっても行動が変な僕です。(笑)
変わった事やるのが楽しいというか、生きていると実感するというか…。
いい加減、危険なのでやめようと思います。
さて、そんな気絶から目覚めたラインには勝負のお誘い。そそくさと出かけました。
友人の都合から17:00前には終了。
かなり中途半端な時間。
晩御飯には早いが家に帰るのも早い…。
悩んだ末、行った事の無いお店を開拓してから帰る事にしました。
17:00で空いている手形～広面地区のお店をチョイスすると、うーん、営業時間前が多い中
『ねじまき屋』さん
を発見
到着するもまだ暖簾は出てません。
コロナだと営業時間があまり信用無いので休みかな？と帰ろかなと切り返して来たら暖簾がかかっていた。
夜、居酒屋なんでラーメン食べれるか聞いたら、大丈夫との事。ただし、ご飯系がランチのみのようです。
メニューをみてるとたくさん種類はありますが、
とりあえず
『貴』(たかし)にもかなり引かれましたが、
『い～びる』にしました。
念のため、良いビールではありません。
『悪』の方です。(笑)
さらに言うと『貴』(たかし)は別に友人の名前でも無いですし、特にそっちのケはありません。(笑)
そうですね、分かりやすくいうと、『い～びる』は野菜醤油ラーメンです。
なんだろ、ちょっとネーミングがファンキーというか、パンクっぽい…。(笑)
奥方らしき方から、５分程で着丼。
ますはスープ…。
ドス黒い醤油スープ。
生姜がきいてる美味しい醤油。
ネーミングは腹黒い悪い奴から来てるんでしょうか？
いつも名前ばかり気にしてる僕は今でも心の中で引きずっています。(笑)
野菜醤油ラーメンなんで、野菜からスープにうまみが出てますしこれは素直にうまい！です。
麺はやや太め(自分で選択できます)にしました。
ボリュームに対して食べ終わりまで伸びないですし、 よくスープと絡み美味しい。
野菜はキャベツ、ニンジン、もやし、キクラゲ等がたっぷり。個人的には少し豚肉入れて炒めてあるともっと好みだが、満足できる量。
総評として
スープと麺はよくあっていてうまい！
生姜が好きなのでますます好み。
ボリュームも満足！
少し不満点としては
野菜がやや固めで量が多いため、もう少し炒めて柔らかいと食べやすかったかな？という程度。
これは自分の好みの問題なので十分美味しいと思います。
いやー、い～びるの理由を後で聞いてみたい！
