We went to Nejimakiya in Hiromote, Akita City! I had been curious about this restaurant for some time because of its reputation for having many unique menu items. The soup has a strong seafood flavor with an elegant taste! I couldn't stop guzzling it down with my spoon! You can choose from a variety of noodles, but I chose the medium-thick noodles. The noodles are chewy and chewy like pasta! The chashu pork is also tender and delicious! When the basic Ramen is so tasty, I feel at ease and have high expectations for the abundance of other Ramen.
