場所は手形のラーメンストリート沿いにあるこちらの「焼き鳥専門店」。正確な住所は広面のようです。
駅から少し離れている理由で今まで機会をもてずにいたのですが、オープンから一年も経ち、やっとの事で今回重い腰を上げることが出来ました。
今思えば...何故もっと早く訪問しなかったのかと...後悔ばかりが残りますが、このくらい美味しい焼き鳥屋が広面にある事など誰が想像出来たでしょう。
この日は大町の会社からタクシーで横付けし、勝手な想像をめぐらし期待を胸に店の戸を開けていました。
目の前に広がるカウンター、小上がり、焼き台の配置は想像通りの良い雰囲気です。
早速メニューを吟味しオーダーを告げました。

●〆そぼろ丼 500円
焼き台に立つ店主の所作でこの店のの美味さは容易に想像出来ましたが、一品目のササミを食べてそれが確信に変わりましたね。よく聞くフレーズですが...
この味わいは20年前川反の「鳥益」で食べた焼き鳥を彷彿とさせるものがあります。
鳥夢の焼き鳥は鳥益の様に切り身が大ぶりで、ふっくらとした食感がなんともたまりません。
唸る美味しさとはコレだなと改めて思い出しました。
串の順番は、ささみ、レバー、モモ、椎茸、セセリ、砂肝、ハツ、ブロッコリー、手羽、茄子。
何故か一串多かったけど、焦げ目を丁寧に取り除いた抜群の焼き加減でございました。
〆は焼おにぎりと悩みましたが、このミニそぼろ丼もかなりの美味しさで。
秋田駅前の「鳥好」さんも素晴らしいですが、こちらも負けず劣らず素晴らしい焼き鳥屋さんです。このレベルの焼き鳥屋さんが秋田に増える事はほんと嬉しい事です。
毎週通いたいレベルです。
