I had a hard time finding a good yakitori restaurant in Akita, but I finally found one. Moreover, it is an affordable and relaxing place. The manager is also a friendly and cheerful person. I left it to the order and added the rest as I saw fit. It seems that the birds are purchased from various places, but they are very delicious. Elastic, crispy, juicy, and crunchy, the texture we were looking for and the harmony of each part were perfectly achieved, and I was impressed by the skill with which they were grilled. The light sauce is exquisite, but even the peaches and shiitake mushrooms eaten with salt are deeply flavorful. Also, I think it's good that it's relatively cheap. Most restaurants of this class cost more than 10,000 yen per person if you include alcohol, but this place is reasonably priced. They also have quite a variety of interesting sake options, and I get the impression that they go well with chicken. It's a store you'll definitely visit again.
