秋田出張の折、駅前近くにある餃子専門店の
"玖"さんに初訪問。はしご二件目だった為、肉ギョーザとニンニクギョーザ各一皿を３人でシェアと思いオーダー。ニンニクギョーザを一つ食べた瞬間、これは美味しいと一人一皿に変更しました。
特に具材である野菜のシャキシャキ感と絶妙な焼き加減が素晴らしい。また、あっさりしており何枚でも食べられます。結局、一人４皿を平らげました。
来店する方々は餃子定食をオーダー率が非常に多く、次回は定食をオーダーしたいと思います。
