他の口コミで見つけてから、気になっていた「炭火焼 勇(いさむ)」さんに初訪問。
連休の初日だったので、1週間前に予約しましたが、予約の時点でテーブル席(4人席)は埋まっていてカウンター席を予約。
店に到着したら、「本日は予約のお客さまで満席です」の張り紙が・・・予約しておいて良かったです。
今回は初訪問で、いろいろと飲んで食べたかったので、食べログのメニューで見つけた、勇味コース4,500円を予約してました。

炙り和牛の握りは、あっという間に口の中で溶けて無くなりましたが、甘みのあるお肉で、美味しかったです。
串焼き・鉄板焼きも、絶妙な焼き加減で柔らかく、つけダレもちょうどよい感じで満足しました。特にレバーは、プリプリな食感で、店主の丁寧な仕事ぶりが感じられました。
あまりにレバーが美味しかったので、追加で「生レバーネギまみれ」をオーダー。ごま油の効いたネギが大量に乗っていて、さっぱりと食べられます。またオーダーしたい一品です。
※生レバーと言っても、冷凍していないレバーの意味で生(刺身)で提供される訳ではありません(メニュー表にも注意書き有り)
もつ鍋は、こってりをオーダーしましたが、思ったよりさっぱりしていました。ガツンとした味にしたい場合は、ニンニク入りのこってりがいいかも。
ドリンクでは「自家製レモンサワー」がおすすめ。甘めとドライが選べますが、酸味と甘みの感じが絶妙です。
コース料理はコスパが高く、飲み放題(2時間)が付いてることを考えると、かなりお得かも。
あと、店内禁煙(外に灰皿あり)です。
次は、Ｂコースに挑戦してみたいです。
