秋田市の官庁j街である山王エリアで昔から竹本ブランドのお店がちゃんぽん屋さんになっていたので、突撃します。
初代竹本訪問がちょうど10年前でした。

お店の造作はたぶんそんなに変わっていないような気がしますが、びっくりしたのはスタッフ全員が女性だということです。
女性だけでモンスターチャンポンとは、イメージが違う感じもします。
でも、非常に客当りよく丁寧にオーダーを聞いてくれます。
ランチタイムサービスで唐揚げ2個OR餃子1人前5個がサービスでついてくるようで、餃子をお願いして、メインは竹本辛ちゃんぽん大盛り＠980円にします。
で、着丼。これはかなりの盛りですね。これに加えて餃子5個とは驚きです。
味は辛いけど、普通に食べられるレベルです。旨辛の良い線を突いています。
野菜はもやしが多いもののキャベツもきくらげもそして豚肉も入っています。
モンスターというだけのことはあるかな。
食べる前は、地方都市でこのお値段はいかがかと思ったのですが、食べて納得ですね。
