An impromptu visit with colleagues. I was told that I could stay until the scheduled customer's arrival time, but since it was almost 2 hours, I entered the store as soon as possible. If you come, you may need to make a reservation. Looking at the menu, you'll find everything from Japanese Cuisine like sashimi to Italian dishes like pasta, so this type of restaurant is rare. Are they serving what the chef wants to make, or are there two chefs, one Japanese Cuisine and one Italian? Well, as long as it's delicious, I don't care! For toasting, start with beer and make sashimi. I'm glad that the appetizer was attentive, but this sashimi was amazing! It's probably the freshest of all the sashimi I've had in the past. The white meat was the main ingredient, but it's rare to find anything like this. You can get sashimi on par with high-end restaurants for just under 2,000 yen. I'm so happy that there are plenty of knobs! Everything from the cheese omelet to the lamb tataki is exquisite. The lamb, which had no taste at all, was especially good. The wines by the glass were all reliable, and the first one, an unfiltered Organic Food Italian white, was outstanding.
