このお店は何食べても旨いよと、行きつけの床屋のマスターからお勧め受けて初訪問。
初回なので3,500円のコースを。
この日は
・先付け6品
・きのこの土瓶蒸し
・お刺身3品
・野菜の天ぷら
・鮎の田楽焼き
・鶏つくねのトマトソース
・鮭の土鍋ご飯
・もものシャーベット
以上の内容に、馬刺しをハーフで注文。
会食だったので、写真は少なめですが、先付けの時点で料理への期待値は確信に。
どの品も非常に満足度高かったです。
ボリュームしっかりあり、ご飯はお腹具合との兼合いでテイクアウトとなりました(泣)
個人的には、舞茸がはいったきのこの土瓶蒸しが、高級食材なくとも、ベースの出汁が美味しく印象深く。
この日は仕事が忙しく、昼ご飯を食いっぱぐれていたので、ビールの後の空きっ腹に染み渡りました(笑)
日本酒は、県内の定番銘柄に加えて、県内外の季節のお酒が10種類程と、充分な品揃えです。
カウンターでは、パスタ？を食べている人もいて、次回はアラカルトで訪問しようと心に決め、帰宅しました(笑)
