ようこそ我が家へ これも秋田の暮らし方 |
雨続きで暑くなかった先週から少し持ち直しつつある日曜日、ようやく機嫌を直した夏空に感謝しながらイタリアンランチに向かわせてもらいました。このお店に以前来たのは多分10年以上前で、レビューもしていませんでした。予約しての訪問です。地下に造られ吹き抜けを持つ広い店内は、かつての良き時代の香りがしますね。妻はリゾットランチで明太子のチーズリゾット、私はパスタランチで魚介のトマトソースペスカトーレであることを確認してお願いしました。前菜はアボガドのキッシュと夏野菜のコンフィそして県内産枝豆のガーリックソース。リゾットはかろうじて芯の残る米の食感が良く、明太子がチーズの味にアクセントを加えて単調さを感じません。一緒に冷たく冷えた白ワインが欲しくて仕方なくなりますね。パスタはエビ、アサリ、ホタテが結構なボリュームで新鮮なトマトソースに唐辛子の辛味が控えめにアクセントを加えていますが、新鮮な魚介の風味を損なわないように、ソースが優しく主張しているような印象を感じました。繊細なイタリアンランチは非常に良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。ぜひまたゆっくり訪れたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。
