さぁて、最近流行りの山王飲み。今日はワインでも飲もうかしら～。
道路を2本越えた向こうに何かがある…。ホルモン屋ではないか!!山王も焼き肉屋多くなったなぁと思いつつ、レーダーに任せ入店…

7/30オープンしたようです。カウンターメインで目の前に七輪が置かれますが、流石カウンターはほぼ埋まってました。
思ったほどホルモンメインではありません。揉みほぐしてもらったばかりのカチカチの首を捻り、食べたいものを頼む。
お通しは鶏のお肉。
牛カルビ、牛ハラミ¥700、カシラ¥350、豚トロ的な感じ。もちろんホルモンもありますが、苦手なんで!
ビールのあとは、いつも通りのメガジョッキ。こちらにはギガはないのね～。
炭火の七輪でサッと焼いて、濃いめの漬けダレでいただきます。
肉はそれぞれモミダレやらでちょいと手を加えているからか、網が少し焦げ付きやすいですが、ファイヤーすると氷をくべてくれました。
いやはや、店主様の威勢のいいお顔を見るだけで酒が進むってもんよ。
すみません。まだ動けません。

After drinking with the members, what everyone wants to eat is grilled meat. This is my second time at this restaurant, and even though it says it's hormone, I feel safe because they have a lot of regular meat. The tables were all occupied, so the four of us lined up next to the counter, and thought it would be nice to have something like this once in a while. After grilling the shichirin and the chicken in front of me, I had kimchi, and since it was offal, I had miso sauce, and I wonder what else... There was some delicious-looking meat, so [Special Kalbi] ¥1600 A5 Kuroge from Nagasaki It said Wagyu beef. [Thick-sliced Cow tongue] ¥1200 It's delicious and has plenty of fat, but it might be better to use regular meat with soy sauce. I just have beer, hidden sake, and Date Seven.
