I arrived at Akita Airport much earlier than planned, so I decided to eat dinner at this restaurant until then. The store is located at the back of the second floor and has a Japanese-style interior that gives it a relaxing feel. I entered the store around 16:00, and there were a few customers inside. There were many Local Cuisine on the menu, so I was hesitant, but I chose one that I hadn't tried yet during my stay in Akita. ★Yasuke Natto Soba 1760 yen We made the famous Yasuke Soba! It arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. Cold soba with eggs, green onions, and plenty of natto on top. I also added wasabi and mixed everything together. I thought it was strange to be able to eat soba and natto at the same time, but when I tried it, it was very delicious and had no taste! I was able to use PayPay for payment. Thank you for the meal! !
