I had a drink while I was waiting. Kiritanpo, Iburigakko, wild vegetables? , I had draft beer and hot sake (Takashimizu) with salt-grilled Hinai chicken. The knobs were as expected, but Kiritanpo was a substitute for rice. Takashimizu is refreshingly dry and easy to drink. Akita's sake was also delicious!
