コンビニの物件って飲食店転換するには十分広いんだなと感じた店内でした。
チェーン展開しているというVANSAN。秋田に進出してくるまで知りませんでした。たらこスパやナポリタンといった和製メニューがある点ではチェーンっぽいっちゃそうですね。
といいつつ初回食べたのがVANSANナポリタンなんですが...
生麺モチモチのやや細めのスパゲティ。鉄皿で熱々。他サイトで料理温いとか書いてたのを見かけたけどとんでもない。僕の食べ方悪いから上あごやけどした(笑)シンプルな見た目だけど中にベーコンもあって美味い。見た目少ない?って思ったけど量もまずまず。
ナポリタンにイタリア国旗はツッコんでいいのか...
炙りチーズケーキ。名前の通りテーブルで表面を炙っていきます。ブリュレのカラメルを炙る感覚。炙った部分はやや苦いですが、美味しい。セミフレッド状のチーズケーキを炙るのでケーキの大半が溶けますが、凍ったまま食べても美味しう。
ドルチェはモンブラン推しみたいですね。その場で絞っていく提供方法。パフォーマンスが特徴的なお店でした。スパゲティとピッツァを値段で選ぶとしたら昔広小路にあったラ・パウザとかずっと安かったですが。
携帯でQRを読み込んで注文・会計。ですが人力もOKです。
