以前から行きたいと騒いでいたので家族の招待で行って来ました♪お財布を気にせずに行ける外食はテンションが上がります(笑)
メニューはLINEで登録してLINEで注文。←初めて。ピザが木の台に乗って出てきて感動←初めて。この日一番食べたかったザ・カルボナーラは今まで食べた事のない濃厚な味わいで感動←初めて。お姉さんがテーブルでパスタを絡めてくれるのですが、一応確認して様子を撮らせてもらい、シャッターチャンスでフリーズしてくれて優しい。
チーズの王様と言うだけあってかなり濃厚。ハード系のチーズがパスタに絡むほど柔らかいので濃いめのカルボナーラでした。鼻から抜ける香りだけでワイン飲めそう(笑)
デザートの炙りチーズケーキは表面がキャラメリゼ仕上げでパリパリでおいしかったです。
あとびっくりしたのが白いプリン。
プリンは白くて真ん中に黄色い何かが乗ってました。
みんなで何これ？ってなってたんですけど、卵黄でした！デザートのプリンの上に生の卵黄？！？！でも良く考えたらプリンだから卵黄があってもおかしくないか。混ぜて食べてみると味は完全に柔らかいプリンでした。
他にも食べたいメニューが沢山で近々また行ってみたいです。ドリンクサーバーの飲み物が選べるのも嬉しい。
