ANAクラウンプラザホテル秋田の1Fの中国料理店です。
新しくなり雰囲気も落ち着いた感じになりました。
遅いランチタイムに伺いましたが、お客様で賑わっています。
ランチはコースやセットメニューの他にアラカルトもオーダーできます。
セットメニューは麺かご飯から選べます。
今回はご飯物の自家製干し肉と腸詰、海老入り炒飯を選びました。
炒飯は硬めのご飯としっかりオイル感があるパラリとしたタイプの炒飯です。
噛み締めると一口ごとに奥行きのある旨味が広がります。
海老はぷりっと、魚卵がプチプチとして干し肉の旨味と共に大変良いバランスです。
点心2種は確か海老蒸し餃子と餅米焼売でしたかと思います。
ホロリとモチモチのバランスが抜群の焼売が美味しかったです。
海老蒸し餃子は大きめの海老がたっぷり入っています。
デザートも数種類から選べます。
男鹿産の塩入り杏仁豆腐をお願いしました。
硬めのもっちりした杏仁豆腐にミネラル感のあるお塩の塩味がアクセントになります。
塩バニラのようにお互いの良さが高まる一品でした。
秋田のホテル中華では頭一つ出ている印象です。
個室もあるの次回はディナータイムにお酒と共にゆっくり楽しんでみたいです。
