10月にオープンしたばかりの
秋田市南通亀の町 県道28号線沿いにある
ビストロです。
駐車場はないため、近隣有料駐車場を利用。
お店は若い男性ひとりで切り盛り。
あきたタウン情報12月号を見て、
ランチメニュー1,000円がめっちゃお得だと
思ったことと、カウンター席があり、
おっさんでも行きやすい！と思ったこと、
タウン情報のクーポン券が使えることが
この日のランチを食べるお店選びの
決め手となりました。
ランチは週替わりで、肉or魚の2種類。
この日は
肉が2色ソースのロールキャベツ、
魚がタラのカツレツでした。
店主からメニューについて詳しい解説があり、
ロールキャベツは
「チーズをかけて焼き上げてお出ししてます」
という説明が。えー何それカッコイイ！と思い
注文。
ロールキャベツはお肉ぎっしりで
美味しかったです♪
