土曜日の昼下がり、カレーが食べたいと思いたち、インドカレーじゃないカレーにしようとこちらへ。12時50分ころに到着し、お店前の駐車場にとめ店内へ。店内はイスのテーブル席ふたつと小上がりのテーブル席がふたつという感じで、かなり現地風の内装です。誰か(オーナーさん？)の記念写真がたくさん飾られていました。
お昼時にしては空いているなと思いましたが、席についた途端、次々とお客さんが来店しましたので、たまたまタイミングがよかったのかなと思いました。またウーバーイーツの配達員も何回か来ていたので繁盛しているなと感じました。
メニューを見てみるとカレーも魅力なのですが、本格的なタイ料理が並んでおり、ついガパオライスを注文してしまいました。ガパオライスって挽肉唐辛子炒め＋ライスのことかと思っていましたが、ガパオというバジルを使った料理なんですねー。
10分ほどで到着。良い香り。キッチンから「とても辛いよ！！」と言われたので、身構えましたが辛さは普通かと思いました。少し汗ばむくらいかな。私も辛さに強いわけではないですが、それほど辛いとは思いませんでした。メインの肉は独特な味付けですがベースが醤油っぽい味付けなので、パラパラしたライスとの相性がすごく良いです。なんとなく馴染みのあるような独特な味付けで美味しかったです。食後にコーヒーとパイナップルがつくので、とても満足感高いです。ただ、忙しかったせいかスープが出なかったような気が（笑）
ガパオライスやカオマンガイが食べられるお店は秋田では珍しいのではないでしょうか？また来たいと思いました。
