It was open from noon on Saturdays and Sundays. However, the lunch menu seems to only be available on weekdays. If you go there looking for rice, it will take about 30 minutes for the rice to be cooked, so it's a good idea to be aware of that. The skirt steak was delicious, but the ribs had more fat than flavor. Also, it's hard to write about, but I wish those who work in the kitchen should be a little more conscious.
