It was my first visit and I didn't have much time, so I had another option, the Beef Belly Bowl, which seemed like it would be served quickly, but the roaster caught my eye, so I ordered the recommended Kuroge Wagyu Beef Thinly Sliced Short Rib Set Meal. But...thinly sliced short ribs will burn. The meat disappears. The price of meat is proportional to the price. Next time, when I have more time, I'll try something that isn't thinly sliced.
