秋田市山王にあるこちらのお店。駐車場はないため注意が必要。
こちらのお店はできたばかりのお店。
店名には“まぜそば”とあるが、他のお客様も汁ありのラーメンとまぜそばを頼む割合は半分くらいの印象だった。
メニューはトマトラーメン、和風ラーメン、トマトまぜそば、和風まぜそばの4つのみ。
サイドメニューは、チャーシュー丼とおにぎりもある。
こちらのおみせは、食券方式、水はセルフ。
それでは今回食べたメニューのレビューにうつらせていただく。
今回は木曜日の12時に到着し、店内はカウンター3席が空いていた。
今回頼んだのは、和風まぜそば。
・和風まぜそば 930円（税込）★3.8
→和風出汁ともちもちの太麺がたまらない。オイリーな感じはなく、本当にざっくりと言えば釜玉うどんのような味わいというべきだろうか。胡椒をかければカルボナーラのような濃厚な味わい。テーブルにあるフライドガーリックをかけるとより美味しくなる。量は全体的に少なめ。
平日の12時半頃になると店内で待つお客様も出てきていた。
美味しかったが、この辺はライバルも多いため、いかに勝ち残れるか注目したい。
いかんせん秋田で駐車場がないお店はそもそも行きづらさはある。
しかし、それでも一度行ってみたくなるお店だろう。
