昼飯に伺いました。
食券機で購入したのは、
「和風ラーメン７８０円」を「大盛り１００円」です。
ちょっと待つと運んできてくれます。
スープは、塩味が控えめで、バランスを追求してる感じです。
味としては、醤油がシッカリとした輪郭で、甘さとラード感も強いです。
でも、何かが突出して主張してる訳ではなくって、全体として仕上がったスープですね。
麺は、中細ストレートで、サクサク食感でした。
具は、チャーシュー、のり、玉ねぎ、ネギです。
玉ねぎの甘さとスープの甘さがいい相性でした。
