今年9月、秋田市役所の近くにオープンした
ラーメン屋さんです。
店内はカウンター6席、
2人がけテーブル5卓、
4人がけテーブル1卓。
イチオシメニューは、トマトを使用した
ラーメンやまぜそば。
まぜそばがあるなら、それ一択や！
トマトペーストのタレを豪快に
かきまぜていただきます。
生のミニトマトも添えられており、
イタリアンな仕上がりのまぜそばだと
感じました。
卓上には、定番のコショウ、酢の他に
フライドガーリックも置いていました。
