It is located near Higashidaidate Station. I went there on a Sunday. I ordered the lunch menu. The lunch menu at this restaurant seems to be different on weekdays and weekends. Moreover, it seems that it is not directly listed on the Gyukaku website? If you search on your computer, you can find the weekday lunch menu website by searching for Gyukaku lunch. Furthermore, if you search for Gyukaku lunch weekends, the weekend lunch menu finally appears. I wish the website was easier to understand... I ordered the kalbi set meal and the kalbi and Cow tongue set meal. Actually, I thought I ordered skirt steak, but I pressed the wrong button and ended up with tongue instead of skirt steak. I made a mistake. That's because this restaurant requires you to order on your smartphone. You scan the QR code with your smartphone and order from the dedicated ordering area that appears. Moreover, they don't even bring water unless you order it with that... What do they do if a middle-aged or elderly person who doesn't have a smartphone comes? That's why I ordered some extra meat. I ordered top skirt steak. 490 yen for 3 pieces. The grill at the restaurant has a very low heat. Moreover, they seem to be sensitive about fire prevention, so they even provide ice in the cup to put out the fire. If you use the settings of the staff as is, it takes a long time to grill one piece of meat. (Medium heat setting) So I press the high heat button halfway through... but it's still too weak... When you're done eating, there is a cashier button on the ordering app, and you press that and pay with a QR code slip. It may be difficult for middle-aged and older people if you're not used to it. The heat is low so it takes a while to grill, but I think it's pretty tasty. I think it's probably nakaochi kalbi, even though it's called kalbi. It has a good bite and is a little fatty. So if you're looking for flavor, I think it's better to order the Kuroge Wagyu beef set meal or meat separately.
